CJ's Fall 2009 Open House Pictures!

We can't say enough about what a fantastic success last night's Open House was! Thanks to all our clients for coming and dreaming up their weddings, our potential clients considering CJ's for their big day, and of course all our wonderful vendor friends for their contributions and support! I'd put our wedding vendor community up against any city in the country, no doubt!

Grand Open House at CJ's Off the Square TONIGHT!

We are so, so, so excited for our Open House here at CJ's Off the Square tonight from 5 to 8pm. We're already expecting 150 guests or more throughout the evening and the list is growing as the day goes on!

We have so many new style ideas showcased tonight that have NEVER been seen here before, including (but not limited to!) new Menu Items, new Lighting Design (can you say romantic string lights in our fabulous Garden?), new Invitation lines, new Cake flavors, and most importantly, a gorgeous artist rendering of our much-anticipated new Pavilion, opening April 2010!

Adornments Open House

If you have Sunday afternoon free, I've got some plans for you this weekend!

Adornments, a local custom jewelry shop in The Factory at Franklin, is having an Open House from 2-5pm at their store this Sunday, April 26. There will be music by Jack Grant, photography by WCW favorites Zach & Jody Gray (who took these great shots), and of course LOTS of beautiful hand crafted jewelry. They're even giving away a beautiful pendant to one lucky registered attendee!

The Sweet Escape

Thanks to all of our brides and vendors who came out to Maples Wedding Cakes in Murfreesboro this last weekend for The Sweet Escape! We hope you all had a wonderful time tasting all the new flavors (especially the mind-bending Bar-B-Q, which was shockingly delightful!) and seeing their new designer cakes. Stay tuned for our next event!

Personalized Shirts by Customized Girl

We had lots of requests for more information on our "WilcoWed" shirts. Here's the scoop:

I made these on a great website called Customized Girl. I had so much fun designing personalized gifts for friends over the holidays that I thought it would make a fun shirt for our staff to wear at events. Ever since they made their "debut" at the Perfect Wedding Guide show, we have been getting lots of requests for the details. So follow this link and make your own!

Frist Bridal Show by Perfect Wedding Guide! Sunday, February 15

It's still that "Bridal Show" time of the year and we will be at it again this Sunday. Perfect Wedding Guide is hosting their winter show at The Frist again on 9th and Broadway this coming Sunday, February 15th from 2-5pm, and we'd love to see you all there! Admission is $10 and you'll get to personally meet and talk with some of the finest vendors in greater Nashville.

I believe we'll be in the Grand Lobby towards the southeast end - look for our purple "Williamson County Weddings" banner and you can't miss us! We're bringing a collection of our favorite lines (Checkerboard, Encore, Monique Lhullier) you can browse through, and we'll be there to answer any questions and even set up an appointment for you to choose your invitations privately in our Boutique. Also, the generous Jay Qualls of Maples Wedding Cakes will be displaying one of his stunning cakes in our booth as well, so make sure to come see what an great artist he is!

For those of you who can't make it on the 15th, join us here at CJ's Off the Square on the following Sunday, the 22nd, for our Invitations Showcase - we'll have a lot more for you to browse here in our boutique, plus cupcakes and champagne!
