With a New Year Comes a New Direction for Williamson Country Weddings and Events

Happy New Year!  With the start of 2014, I am excited to announce a new focus and direction for Williamson County Weddings and Events.  After careful thought, I have decided to merge my companies - Williamson County Wedding and Events with my garden wedding venue, CJ's Off the Square.  This will mean an end to Williamson County Weddings and Events as well as my wedding planning and design services at venues and locations other than CJ's Off the Square.  I am so thankful for all the amazing people that have chosen to work with me through Williamson County Weddings and Events and I look forward to shifting my attention back to my venue full-time.

Rather than a ending, I see this as a new beginning.  One where I can fully focus on the couples and clients I have the pleasure to work with every day at a venue I love - CJ's Off the Square!  I feel truly privileged and thankful to have the opportunity to continue to do the work I am so passionate about in a space that I love. Of course, I look forward to all the amazing events and weddings still to be planned and hosted here!

I encourage all of you to visit CJ's Off the Square's website and follow our blog there as well connect with all of our social media feeds including facebook, pinterest and instagram.

Again, thank you for your continued support - 2014 is going to be a great year!

A Modern Romance | Pamela + Kenny

I mostly design outdoor weddings and events. So when a previous client referred Pamela and Kenny to me to create their dream wedding indoors, I was excited for a change of scene. After several visits to wedding venues throughout greater Nashville, we finally choose the Noah Liff Opera Center. It has the modern design that Kenny loved and was completely air conditioned which was a requirement for Pamela. I loved the floor to ceiling glass walls of the lobby and unique chandeliers as well as the versatility of the rehearsal hall.

It took a bit of work and strategy, but we were able to host both the ceremony and reception in the same location which saved the couple thousands of dollars and also made it very convenient for their out of town guests. Playing off the unique modern architecture and the bride's (and my) favorite color, the talented team at Williamson County Weddings made this glamorous purple wedding fantasy come to life for a very sweet couple.

Thank you to Meishach Moore Photography for sharing these beautiful images. --CJ

Congratulations Pamela and Kenny!

Katie+Chad - Rustic Farm Wedding in Franklin, TN

As our busiest year ever comes to a close, I am both excited and overwhelmed to see so many of the photos from our events starting to pour in all at once. It has taken me some time to mentally catch up after working with a record number of clients in 2012.

And now to be able to pause and really revel in the beauty of so many amazing is a lot to take in! Here are a few of my favorite moments captured from Katie+Chad's June wedding. Justin Wright has done it again with really getting to the heart of this fun-loving couple and capturing their love, humor and beauty. Enjoy! --CJ Dickson
