We will meet to discuss the ceremony style, seating, music, procession/recession as well as any special needs for your wedding party and family in the hours leading up to your ceremony. We will also discuss the flow of your reception including traditions you may or may not wish to celebrate, music preferences etc.

Vendor Contract Review
We will review your vendor contracts as necessary to make sure your orders are accurate and consistent with your style & budget preferences. We will also advise you on any outstanding payment or services necessary to put the finishing touches on your wedding day.

Reception Decoration
Working with your venue’s rules, we will schedule all vendor deliveries and pick ups as well as make sure that your orders are correct and set up according to your wishes.

Reception Coordination & Guest Management
Based on your desired flow for the reception, we will make sure your guests are well taken care of from the moment they arrive. We will also work with you to make sure that each special moment you have planned such as toasts and tosses flow easily so you don’t have to worry about the time. We are also on hand to assist guests or vendors who may have any problems during the reception so you and your family are free to enjoy yourselves.

Set Up & Break Down
While you are busy getting beautiful before the ceremony, our team is at your reception site making sure all deliveries are made on time and set up properly. We will also make sure that your venue’s rules are followed and everything is cleaned up and picked up so that you and your family are not left with a mess to clean up after a long day of celebrating with friends and family.

Holiday Cards Sale!

Christmas is my favorite time of year. Sometime in July I watch Elf, put on The Christmas Song by Nat King Cole, and get the urge to make cookies. I know you're thinking that I'm crazy for talking about the Holidays already, but as any assistant knows, NOW is the time to order those holiday cards and plan the holiday parties for this year! All Holiday pre-orders (before August 30th) will be 20% off, and we'll even come to YOUR office to do the ordering! You know your boss will love you for that one. :)

Also, when your company orders holiday cards through our Boutique, any of your employees may use 15% their own personal orders through the end of November! That means anything - wedding invitations, baby announcements, personalized gifts, etc. Happy early Holidays, right? Right!

I love this Save the Date - while we have a collection of great fun and whimsical Save the Date options, I prefer mine a little more formal, and this a great inbetween option!
