The Knot says going bold with "papers in fabulously rich purple hues with white lettering" is the way to go this year. Invitation Crush thinks purple never really goes out of style and finds many to be "drawn to the rich hue in 2011. Soft lavender and thistle look beautiful in one-color letterpress designs, and bolder shades are attention getting on their own or paired with the aforementioned gray, as well as navy blue."
